Text may be in PC format using WordPerfect or Microsoft Word formats as well as in ASCII text. All images must be in jpg or gif format.
All materials submitted become property of the TRC and cannot be returned. Materials submitted without proper documentation cannot be used and will be discarded.
Pictures without identifiable faces can be submitted without a signed
release. Submit images and narratives via E-mail attachments. Please
include the following information in the text of your E-mail message. Name of School:

School phone number:
Name of County:
Name of Teacher:
Line of text to accompany the image on the Web page:
I certify that all materials submitted are copyright free and may be used for educational purposes.
On-line picture and narrative author line should read: If faces are identifiable in any photograph, a signed release
to use the image on the World Wide Web must also be completed. If a person in photo is under 18 years of age, release must be signed by parent or guardian as well.
